Both KLF10 and KLM39 were seen together on the Singanalena rock. Observed for about 30 minutes.

Found her resting at the forest edge.

1st sighting of this leopard. Looked to be a fully grown adult female. She was found between Heraligas ara and Eda Kumbuka 1. She was was feeding on a deer carcass next to the road and eventually crocodile claimed the kill. Later she managed to pulled the kill up towards the land side and reclaimed it from Crocs. She fed on it for a day disappeared. Was able to observe her from a distance as she was quite shy. Managed to see her drinking water from a water puddle on the road. We assume she must have either crossed the river and came into Kumana or has come from Weli Ara direction.
