Observation:

Spotted at the boulder complex "Singana Lena" near Kumana Wewa 2nd Junction. He was sitting on a low rock close to the road when we first spotted him. Then moved a little in and laid relaxed under a small rock shelter for more than 30 minutes. Then climbed on to the top of the boulder, again laid relaxed.
