Leopard Profiles at the Park Entrance

We’ve now set up a display featuring frontal photographs of individual leopards at the entrance to Kumana National Park. The aim is to help visitors recognize the different leopards commonly seen in and around the park and to allow them to compare the spot patterns with those they encounter during their safari.
This initiative also serves as a way of presenting the park’s leopard population over time. Years from now—whether it’s 10 or 15 years ahead—visitors will be able to look back and see how many leopards have been identified and recorded in the park, highlighting the rich leopard heritage of Kumana.
We plan to expand and enhance these displays in the coming years with more detailed information and visuals.
