Wonderful recovery!

On the 26th Feb, KLF9 was sighted having a severe wound just above the forehead and it was observed that she got relentlessly followed by swarms of flies around the wound. The rain at the time in Kumana must have made her days difficult with the wound and constant irritation caused by flies.

Despite all efforts by park staff to trace her to inspect the severity of the wound, she was nowhere to be found. Since then we had no sightings of her until we came across below picture (right) and there she is completely healed just three weeks apart.
